Founded by Professor Rossana Pace, Eccellenze Italiane is a non-profit cultural organisation that aims to highlight and enhance Italy’s strongpoints in all sectors. A total of 150 historians and experts from various disciplines have been working together for 10 years now to document Italian inventions, innovations, discoveries and works of genius dating from as far back as 400 BC up to the present day. A fascinating undertaking that has led to the creation of a constantly evolving laboratory/archive with which the Association has organised exhibitions, publications, conferences, multimedia products, educational courses and awareness campaigns.
