Castellano is an ancient and much loved homestead set among the green hills and lakes of Sabina, now available as a holiday house. It is also the brandname of the organic extravergine olive oil that the family has traditionally produced from the fruit of the olive groves growing amongst the ruins of the ancient Trebula Mutuesca.
