Hospital Mother Giuseppina Vannini - Rome
Madre Giuseppina Vannini Hospital of the Figlie di San Camillo (a religious order, legally recognised as its owner with the accreditation of the region of Lazio) is situated in the densely populated Torpignattara neighbourhood of Rome’s District 5. The hospital’s long tradition of interaction and historic bonds with the city and its inhabitants were recognized with the sanctification of its founder Mother Giuseppina Vannini, the first Roman patron saint of healthcare.
The facility recently underwent a complete renovation, which included the purchase of new technological equipment and the addition of an expert medical team.
The hospital’s main assets are its accent on human contact and the quality of the assistance that its lay and religious staff are capable of offering to both hospitalised and day hospital and emergency patients.
