The IT branch of the National Council of Notaries was created to usher in and technologically develop advanced means for the legally valid electronic transmission and updating of public records. Notartel connects Italian notaries through an intranet, the Unified Network of Notaries, through which all the e-government applications for Italian notaries have been developed; integrated services systems are thus able to communicate amongst themselves and with the Public Administration. BCV associati has been providing support to the Notartel communications office for over seven years now.
