A brochure and video were prepared at the end of these activities to present the data and donate the database that was developed to the governments of Central America. The concept of the video focuses on the positive results and the importance of networking. From the point of view of video style, the freshness of simple and lively illustrations was chosen, using the colours of Central America and animated by motion graphics to convey optimism and confidence in the prospects of curing the HIV epidemic.

Over seven years, IILA, together with the Bambino Gesù Hospital, PENTA Foundation and Comisca, has developed a project to assist children with HIV, which has affected several countries in Central America. Many activities have been undertaken: training, data collection, information sharing and research, and planning of interventions, but above all, guidelines have been established for supporting governments in the most effective strategies against the AIDS epidemic.
