The MAXXI empties its exhibition halls to leave space for sound: a series of sound performance events that redesign the museum’s architecture and atmosphere for the active experience of listening with the mind and senses.

What we did


We wanted an emotionally expressive and accessible image for a multi-focus campaign aimed at bringing the general public closer to contemporary art. Matteo Bartoli and Elisa Scerrato were the Art Directors; and thanks to Eugene Kukulka for his “listen” photo.
